1. PASSPORT with UK Residency Visa. Passport should be in good condition with one completely blank page for the visa.
2. ONE passport-sized PHOTOGRAPH. Photos must be colour, on a white background and of a normal passport size with head in proportion in the frame, no hats, headcoverings or sunglasses.
3. 1 VISA APPLICATION FORM completed and signed, and 1 CLIENT CONTACT SHEET completed and signed. Please read our Terms & Conditions. In addition, we will need a completed form to appoint ourselves as your agent should you wish to use our services. Please contact us for the application forms and we will assist you to fill in the application forms.
4. LETTER FROM EMPLOYER/ACCOUNTANT or SCHOOL/UNIVERSITY confirming you are employed/self-employed/a student stating the dates of any leave you have been given and that you will be returning to your position/studies at the end of the leave. Letters which are not original or which are more than one month old at date of lodging in Embassy will not be accepted. Contracts/offers of employment or place at college will not be accepted instead of a letter. ORIGINAL plus PHOTOCOPY
5. INSURANCE if you are over 70 years old you will need to have a medical examination to say you are fit to travel (please enquire for further details) and provide your travel insurance policy. As medical care can be expensive in Australia, it is recommended you take out travel insurance if you are not from a country with a reciprocal health care agreement.
6. PROOF OF FUNDS (normally a bank statement) less than one month old.
7. ITINERARY The Australian High Commision recommends you do not pay for your holiday until you get your visa.
8. INVITATION IF STAYING WITH FRIENDS/FAMILY this may take the form of an email. If they are also paying for your expenses they will need to provide their bank statement.
9. PERSONAL DECLARATION from yourself stating what you intend to do in Australia, when and where you intend going and for how long and THAT YOU WILL RETURN FROM AUSTRALIA before the conclusion of any visa granted to you
10. CHILDREN under 18 travelling alone or with one parent require the permission of the non-travelling parent(s) please contact us for additional documents and declarations.
11. BUSINESS VISAS - a letter from your UK employer (ORIGINAL) confirming they are sending you on business/to a conference, who the business/conference is with, exact nature of the business/conference, the dates and that they are taking financial responsibility for you PLUS AN INVITATION from the HOST ORGANISATION IN AUSTRALIA with the dates they are inviting you and exact details of what you will be doing there (fax acceptable) and above documents.
12. A MEDICAL EXAMINATION/CHEST X-RAYS are required in some limited circumstances such as if you will be entering a school or hospital during your stay.
13. APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE OF GOOD CHARACTER. Please consult us if you have any criminal convictions, spent or otherwise.

Service charge may rise during busy periods. Service charge includes collection and delivery within the Circle Line in London from offices during business hours.
Urgent applications (travel within 2 weeks of application) ADD £30. We may be unable to accept urgent applications or to collect and deliver during busy periods. We cannot influence the Australian High Commission or any other body to process the application faster than usual, however, paperwork and applications of clients travelling urgently are prioritised within our agency ahead of those which are less urgent.
Multiple entry visas are issued at Embassy’s discretion.
Fees
payable in cash in advance when we receive your documents from you. If you live
outside London and are posting your application, please include postal orders
(if travelling within 10 days, otherwise cheque is acceptable) payable to
Mobile Visa Service Ltd and include a return self-addressed Special
Delivery envelope. Please send your passport to us by Special Delivery
(insures documents and guarantees next working day delivery), cost
£4.50, and call us the day you post it leaving a telephone number. For
a very small extra fee the Post Office offers a higher level of insurance for
Special Delivery post, which covers for consequential loss. We recommend you
consider paying for this extra level of cover. Please ask at the Post Office.
