Canadian Visas

Minimum Processing time: The Canadian Consulate suggests 10 Working days, but visas are usually processed quicker.

Some nationalities may not require a visa, may be required to apply in person, may take longer than the normal processing time or may be required to submit additional documentation - please check with us.

Documents required

1. PASSPORT valid at least 6 months from your date of return from Canada, in good condition with one completely blank page to put the visa on.

2. TWO passport-sized PHOTOGRAPHS (colour on a white background, identical).

3. One completed and signed VISA APPLICATION FORM and a completed and signed CLIENT CONTACT SHEET. Please read our Terms & Conditions. Please phone us to request an application form.

4. LETTER FROM EMPLOYER (original), stating your start date and salary and leave granted and that you are returning back to your job or SCHOOL COLLEGE or PROOF OF SELF EMPLOYMENT

5. LASTEST BANK STATEMENT

6. INVITATION if invited by friends/family in Canada

7. PROOF OF PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

8. BUSINESS VISAS: a letter from your UK employer (ORIGINAL) confirming they are sending you on business/to a conference, who the business/conference is with, exact nature of the business/conference, the dates and that they are taking financial responsibility for you PLUS AN INVITATION from the HOST ORGANISATION IN CANADA with the dates they are inviting you and exact details of what you will be doing there plus above documents.

Service charge may rise during busy periods. Service charge includes collection and delivery within the Circle Line in London from offices during business hours.

Urgent applications (travel within 1 working day of visa being ready) ADD £20. We may be unable to accept urgent applications or to collect and deliver during busy periods.

Multiple entry visas are issued at Embassy’s discretion.

Fees payable in cash in advance when we receive your documents from you. If you live outside London and are posting your application, please include postal orders (if travelling within 10 days, otherwise cheque is acceptable) payable to Mobile Visa Service Ltd and include a return self-addressed Special Delivery envelope. Please send your passport to us by Special Delivery (insures documents and guarantees next working day delivery), cost £4.50, and call us the day you post it leaving a telephone number. For a very small extra fee the Post Office offers a higher level of insurance for Special Delivery post, which covers for consequential loss. We recommend you consider paying for this extra level of cover. Please ask at the Post Office.
