CHINESE VISAS

Minimum Processing Time: 3 working days from lodging in Embassy (normal service) or urgent same day service (with ticket for same day) for extra charge

Documents required

1. PASSPORT with at least one totally blank page left. Pages for endorsements or amendments cannot be used as a visa page. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months. (For multiple entry visa, a passport should be valid for at least 9 Months).

2. ONE passport-sized PHOTOGRAPH

3. One completed and signed VISA APPLICATION FORM and a completed and signed CLIENT CONTACT SHEET. Please read our Terms & Conditions.

4· CONFIRMED RETURN TICKET or itinerary or flight booking from airline or travel agent.

5. HOTEL CONFIRMATION

6· BUSINESS VISAS An invitation letter/ fax from a Chinese Government department or government-authorised company plus letter from your UK company..

Visa validity

A single or double entry visa is usually valid for entry within 3 months from the date of issue. The multi-entry visa is divided into three categories, namely half a year / one year / two to five years visa.

Duration of stay / number of entries

Duration of stay of a visa may vary. It is possible to extend the duration of stay of a visa in China. A visa is required wherever you enter the Chinese mainland even from Hong Kong or Macao.

Same day service: extra £20 per person.

Express Service (48 hour ): extra £15 per person.

Service charge may rise during busy periods. Service charge includes collection and delivery within the Circle Line in London from offices during business hours.

Urgent applications (travel within 1 working day of visa being ready) ADD £20. We may be unable to accept urgent applications or to collect and deliver during busy periods.

Multiple entry visas are issued at Embassy’s discretion.

Fees payable in cash in advance when we receive your documents from you. If you live outside London and are posting your application, please include postal orders (if travelling within 10 days, otherwise cheque is acceptable) payable to Mobile Visa Service Ltd and include a return self-addressed Special Delivery envelope. Please send your passport to us by Special Delivery (insures documents and guarantees next working day delivery), cost £4.50, and call us the day you post it leaving a telephone number. For a very small extra fee the Post Office offers a higher level of insurance for Special Delivery post, which covers for consequential loss. We recommend you consider paying for this extra level of cover. Please ask at the Post Office.
