The following information applies to South African and Australian passports only

Some nationalities may be required to apply in person or supply additional documents such as flight and accommodation bookings and a letter from their employer - please see the Czech Embassy website for details.

Processing time in Embassy 7 - 10 working days minimum. Please allow additional time if posting.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. PASSPORT valid at least 9 months after your return from Czech Republic with UK Residency Visa. Passport should be in good condition with one completely blank page for the visa. Plus 1 photocopy of passport.

2. 1 passport-sized PHOTOGRAPH.

3. BANK STATEMENT (original) plus 1 photocopy.

4. ITINERARY from Travel Agent plus 1 photocopy (not required from South African and Australian passport holders).

5. LETTER FROM EMPLOYER (original) plus 1 photocopy (not required from South African and Australian passport holders).

6. Completed and signed application form (as only original forms are accepted by the embassy, these are not availble on this website - please contact us or the Czech embassy for a form) and completed and signed client contact sheet (please print off).

7. If you wish your passports to be returned by post, a return self-addressed special delivery envelope for your passports to go back to you. Please send your documents to us by Special delivery if posting. For a very small extra fee you can insure your documents for up to £500 (which includes consequential loss) with the Special delivery service. Please ask at the post office.

Service Charge: £40 - £50 per person (adults) depending on time of year
                       £25 per child (travelling with at least one adult paying full service charge)
Visa fee:             free of charge for South African passport holders
                       £45 for Indian passport holders (note: you are required to apply in person unless you live
                                                                 far from London).

Service charge may rise during busy periods. Urgent applications (travel within 1 working day of visa being ready) ADD £20. We may be unable to accept urgent applications or to collect and deliver during busy periods. Multiple entry visas are issued at Embassy’s discretion, proof of a 2nd trip may be necessary. Service charge includes collection and delivery within the Circle Line in London from offices during business hours. Fees payable in cash in advance when we receive your documents from you. If you live outside London and are posting your application, please include postal orders (if travelling within 10 days, otherwise cheque is acceptable) payable to Mobile Visa Service Ltd and include a return self-addressed Special Delivery envelope. Please send your passport to us by Special Delivery (insures documents and guarantees next working day delivery), cost £4, and call us the day you post it leaving a telephone number. For a very small extra fee the Post Office offers a higher level of insurance for Special Delivery post, which covers for consequential loss. We recommend you consider paying for this extra level of cover. Please ask at the Post Office.
