What to do when your application is ready

Please carefully check that you have:


1.
all of the documents as per the relevant requirements for the country you wish to travel to on VISA INFORMATION page of this website including photocopies where necessary.

2. you have printed off and completed and signed the right number of visa application forms from this website and that you have the correct number of passport photos.

3. that the full payment is included with your application and

4. that you have read our terms and conditions and printed off the Client Contact Information Sheet and filled it in and signed it.

How to get your application to us:



1. Have your application picked up by us.

If you work within the Circle Line or at Canary Wharf we will arrange to pick up your documents from you. Also, as a favour to our many clients who live in Wimbledon, we can arrange to meet you at Wimbledon on certain days of the week between 5:30 and 7:30 pm. During busy periods it may not be possible to pick up your application.


2. Make an appointment to bring your application to our office: Map

3. Deliver your application to our post box in South Kensington
(opposite South Kensington tube, across the road from Natwest Bank): Map

You must include the Box 416 or it will not reach us.

Applications can be handed to the receptionist during opening hours (9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays). We may also be able to arrange to see you there by appointment at certain times during the week, although we are not generally there unless you have made an arrangement with us. After hours you may post it through the mail flap in the door at your own risk. Please let us know if you use this option.

Citibox is a separate company from Mobile Visa Service. Please let us know if you have dropped off an application at Citibox. All enquiries should be directed to Mobile Visa Service on 020 8769 1447 and not to the staff at Citibox, who will not be able to answer your visa queries. We cannot access this office after hours or influence their closing time.


4. Post your application by Special Delivery Post:

to either address at 2 or 3 above

Kindly telephone us on 020 8769 1447 on the day you post it so we can record that its coming. We recommend you use the pre-paid silver Special Delivery bags available from the Post Office and enclose an extra self-addressed one for the return of your passport. These bags are waterproof and tamper-proof once sealed.

Payment:

When we collect your application or you bring it to our office

1. Visa fees should be paid in cash.

2. Service charge may be paid by cash or cheque (with cheque guarantee card)

provided there are a minimum of 10 days before you travel. If you want your passport returned sooner than 10 days all fees must be paid in cash. We will give you a receipt for your passport and payment.
