Our History and Experience

Mobile Visa Service was first established in 1996 as a sole proprietorship. It has traded continuously since 1996 and was incorporated at Companies House as a private limited company on 19 May 2003 with the name Mobile Visa Service Limited under Company No. 4765542. Its registered office is at the address of its accountants, Maurice J Bushell & Co, Well Court, 14-16 Farringdon Lane, London EC1R 3AU. (Please note that the registered office address does NOT accept passports or visa applications).

The staff at Mobile Visa Service Ltd. have more than 14 years of experience between them and we would not have remained in business if we were not competent and careful in our very responsible work. By far the majority of our work comes from personal referrals from individuals who have used our service. We also lodge applications on behalf of a number of prominent companies as well as travel agencies.

Why use a Visa Service?

Using a visa service will save you the time and stress of having deal with the Consulates yourself. You will find that our fees are very reasonable (from £35 to £65 for the majority of applications - please see individual country information on this site) when compared to taking several hours off work to attend the Consulate personally. Normally at least two visits to the Consulate are required, one to lodge your documents and another to collect them several days later. If the application is not accepted the first time around because of inadequate documentation, you may waste further time coming back again on another day.

We will supply you with all the forms and information you require to make your visa application, and we will check all the documents before they are presented to the Embassy, ensuring that nothing has been overlooked. In some cases this can make the difference between refusal or granting of a visa, as we know exactly what the Embassy is looking for.

Why use Mobile Visa Service Ltd?

WE COME TO YOU if you are working in Central London (working within the Circle Line or at Canary Wharf) during business hours. We can normally book your pick-up within 24 to 48 hours and sometimes even the same day. We will give you an appointment time slot so you will know when we are coming. We will check all of your documents on the spot, and let you know straight away if anything is missing/inadequate. We will give you a receipt for your documents and payment and let you know when you can expect your application to be ready. We will send you a text message when your visa has been issued and we will call you to arrange a time to drop it back to you at your office.

If you are outside our area of collection, or need your application lodged faster than we can arrange your pick-up, you may bring (by appointment between 10.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday) or post (by special delivery) your documents to our office: Mobile Visa Service Ltd, 23 Ashlake Road, Streatham, London, SW16 2BB. If it is more convenient for you, you may bring your documents to Suite 416, 2 Old Brompton Road, SW7 3DQ (South Kensington tube) between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Any enquiries should be directed to Mobile Visa Service Ltd on the above numbers. We collect documents daily from Old Brompton Road. Please note that this is a mail collecion address only and staff at Old Brompton Road will not be able to assist with visa queries.

WE ARE REGISTERED AGENTS in the French, Spanish, Portuguese and Austrian Consulates where we have been regularly lodging a high volume of applications for the last 7 years. We are very familiar with the processes in these and other Consulates we lodge in. The French, Spanish and Portuguese Consulates only allow registered agencies to lodge applications on behalf of others.

If you choose to go it alone, it is not possible to lodge your application yourself at these Consulates without making an appointment first. Depending upon how busy they are, it may take several weeks to get your appointment. On the day of your appointment you will have to attend in person. Mobile Visa Service can, in many cases, save you time by getting your application lodged faster than you could get an appointment, and without you having to go anywhere.

We also lodge at other Consulates which do not require registration or personal applications, such as Egypt, India, Czech, Hungary, Poland and many others.
